The alloys used by us are melted with Bego NAUTILUS CC Plus by means of an induction vacuum die-casting system.
To obtain an optimal fusion with biocompatible alloys and with high chemical / physical characteristics, we take advantage of years of experience and highly reliable systems for maximum yield
The metal flows under vacuum in the melting cavity due to the force of gravity. In a second, the vacuum condition changes to the pressure of 2.5 bar; after about one and a half seconds the final pressure is 3.2 bar. The metal is brought to the melting point with a controlled induced voltage.
At the melting point the voltage decreases to keep the temperature of the metal stable without further heating it.
The molten metal is transported without turbulence, following the shortest route in the melting cavity and at the same time compacted in the shortest possible time.
